Gulbarga University is a State University established by government of Kartnataka in 10.09.1980.The Vice-Chancellor of the university is Prof. B. G. Mulimani.It was affiliated by UGC in 1986.There are 270 colleges affiliated to this University which enroll graduate/diploma courses in arts, fine arts, music, social sciences, science & technology, commerce and law.The University has 5 campuses.
